2. How do I add a new driver?

From your dashboard, go to the Setup Checklist or Drivers section and tap on “Add Driver.” Fill in the required details and save.

3. Can I use Convoy Fleet without a tracking device?

Yes. While tracking devices enhance the experience, you can manage trips, drivers, and vehicles using just your mobile device. GPS and telematics support is optional.

4. How does AI help in this app?

We use AI through AWS Bedrock to provide smart suggestions, predictive trip planning, and dynamic checklists. AI features can be toggled on or off from settings.

5. Is my data secure?

Yes, your data is encrypted and securely stored. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your personal data without consent. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more.

6. What happens if I skip the setup?

Skipping the setup disables automation features and reminders. You can always return later to complete setup from the Dashboard.

We continuously improve based on feedback. Updates are released monthly with new features, performance fixes, and AI enhancements.
